1. Seller identification

theblvstudio is operated by Beatriz Lamy Viras, self-employed, with tax ID (NIF) 231257805, based in Portugal. Contact: theblvstudio@gmail.com.

2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made on theblvstudio.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

3. Products

We sell giclée reproductions (fine art prints) of the artist's original aerial photographs, printed on Canson Baryta Prestige II paper, produced in Europe. Pieces are open edition unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We make every effort to ensure that colors and details shown on the site match the final piece, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences and the printing process.

4. Copyright and intellectual property

All photographs are the artist's original work and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print grants the customer only physical ownership of the printed piece — it does not transfer any copyright, reproduction, distribution, or commercial usage rights to the image.

Reproducing, scanning, publishing, reselling, or commercially using the images without prior written authorization from theblvstudio is expressly prohibited.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices shown include VAT at the applicable legal rate and, for Portugal and the EU, shipping costs. European countries outside the EU are subject to a shipping supplement, shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or PayPal; we do not have access to or store card details.

6. Production and shipping

Each piece is produced to order following payment confirmation. Production and shipping timeframes are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. theblvstudio is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by events beyond its control (force majeure).

7. Returns and refunds

Governed by our [Return Policy], which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. B2B orders

Trade customers (hotels, short-term rentals, interior designers) benefit from their own commercial terms, agreed on a case-by-case basis — contact us for more information.

9. Limitation of liability

theblvstudio is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use its products, except where required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights the consumer holds under Portuguese law.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on the site at the time of the order.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may turn to the Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre in their area of residence, or to the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
