Shipping & Delivery

1. Production

Each piece is printed to order specifically for you, after payment is confirmed. We don't work with stock — so your print only goes into production once you've purchased it.

2. Estimated delivery time

From order confirmation to delivery in Portugal and the European Union, the estimated timeframe is up to 14 business days (production + transit). For other European countries outside the EU, the timeframe may be slightly longer due to customs processing.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, time of year (e.g. the Christmas period), and delivery location.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

4. Shipping costs

• Portugal and EU: shipping supplement calculated at checkout, depending on destination and print size.
• Other European countries (outside the EU): shipping supplement calculated at checkout, depending on destination and print size.

5. Packaging

Larger pieces are shipped in a rigid tube; smaller pieces are shipped flat with reinforced protection to prevent damage or bending during transit.

6. B2B orders

For trade orders (hotels, short-term rentals, designers), timeframes and delivery conditions are agreed on individually — contact us for more details.

7. Delivery issues
